ISO 9001 Certification
Arcadia is certified and registered to the
ISO 9001:2000 quality standard.
Arcadia's registrar is
NQA, an internationally
recognized leader in its field, and fully accredited by
ANAB, the North
American organization with oversight over such aerospace registrars. NQA
clients include NASA, Boeing, Raytheon,
Lockheed Martin, and EMC.
Arcadia has been fully compliant with the
requirements of ISO 9001 since 2004. Arcadia became certified and
registered to ISO 9001 in January of 2009.
Arcadia's formal registration audit for ISO 9001 resulted in a
perfect
score of 1000 out of a potential 1000 points -- with literally no
major or minor non-conformances observed -- the first such perfect score we
are aware of in the independent channel for electronic components.
